PETROLEUM EXPLORATION; PETROLEUM PRODUCTION; SEISMIC INTERPRETATION. Expert is a petroleum geologist with over 35 years of expertise in petroleum exploration and exploitation. He has extensive experience in imagery (including LANDSAT, SEASAT, TECTOSAT, and SPOT), rift tectonics, and seismic interpretation. He has also been involved in well site operations and subsurface studies. He is skilled in fracture, field, basin, reserve, and well log analyses. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding petrophysics and petroleum-related stratigraphy.

As an International Exploration Advisor, Expert conducted new venture evaluations and basin synthesis in Europe, C.I.S., Asia, and South America. He is familiar with exploration and production research, prospect generation, basin synthesis, new venture and submittal evaluations, and management strategy-planning.

OIL EXPLORATION; NATURAL GAS. Expert has considerable experience in most of the world's hydrocarbon basins (including crude oil and natural gas). His recent studies have been of the continental shelf basins of offshore China. He has also completed basin and field studies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (formerly the USSR). He has worked in almost every one of the petroleum provinces in the US and has special knowledge of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, California, the Appalachians, and the Mid-Continent regions. Internationally, he has served assignments in Iran, Egypt, Turkey, and the UK, and thus he is quite knowledgeable regarding the geology of Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. He has also carried out studies in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

In addition, Expert is very knowledgeable regarding peat, coal fuels, and synfuels.
