(2010) Hired by Major Retailer as expert witness in counter suit with software provider. Two documents, two depositions and arbitration testimony. (2010) Hired by one of the country's biggest retailer to help define the RFP for their complete replacement of their merchandise management system. In the process also defined the business processes that needed re-engineering and directions they could take.(2010) Hired by one of Canada's major food retailers to define the business processes that needed to be re-engineered and how systems could be replaced to carry them into the future.(2008 - 2010) Worked for Stanford University math department in developing new uses for geometric clustering routines.Over the years he has worked with several European software companies to bring them into the states and define their product to work in the US.
