Through his experience at DARPA, expert has done numerous evaluations of technology and developed many contacts in industry. This allows for the possibility of a technical idea becoming an actual product or capability. He has also done consulting for various foreign governments teaching technology management and transition.

Expert has been involved in working on synthetic aperture radar, infrared and laser radar concepts and data fusion as part of the Defense Department's Automatic Target Recognition Program.

He has provided consulting services in the science and technology areas ranging from basic science programs through advanced development concepts. He specializes in Navy, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and other classified defense agency programs.

He has done consulting in air traffic control radars (terminal and en route), military radars (low probability of intercept), synthetic aperture radars, air defense radars and wideband radars. He has worked in developing new systems as well as test and evaluation.

Expert has worked with a variety of sensors including radar, infrared and optical systems. He has developed remote sensing systems for military and civilian applications (eg, tracking ice flows).

Expert worked with ACS Defense to identify, develop and propose preparation for a satellite tracking and security system with the Argentina government. He provided technical and programmatic support in the areas of combating terrorism and high power microwave systems.Advanced Power Technologies hired Expert to supply technical assessment and analysis of light activated switching devices. He also gave marketing support on RF tags, trace element detection and advanced signal processing.

Expert worked for Anteon Corporation where he offered marketing support in the area of criminal investigative software.

He consulted on identification and development of business opportunities in air traffic control system analysis for the CNA corporation.

Expert consulted with Electronic Data Systems, S.A. in Argentina to provide technical assistance in the area of identity card imaging and security systems.
