Expert offered on-site technical input, reformulation, and system improvement for a stackable potato chip processing/packaging line.He reformulated a sheeted potato snack in order to increase bag-fill and reduce oil pick-up. Expert performed a process audit on an extruded multi-grain snack system for increased output, longer shelf life and reduction in scrap.He redesigned an ingredient mixer for product improvement in stackable potato chips. Expert supplied technical and engineering support for supply of a full-turnkey processing and packaging system for stackable potato chips.
