He has designed and developed indigenously designed an Auto-paster for web offset newspaper printing press of a leading Indian Client. The principle of auto-paster based on photo sensing expiring reel continuously and changing over to fresh reel automatically after its diameter reaches a particular limit. The system involves PLC and pneumatics dancing rollers and pneumatic brakes/cylinders/regulating valves etc and advanced control engineering. The Auto-paster is used in web offset newspaper printing presses and range of Rotary valve electric actuators of different capacities for thermal power stations, cement, oil, fertilizers and gas industry. The auto-paster is the first web offset newspaper printing press in India that can print 45,000 prints per hour. Also, for the first time in India, he has developed a Motorized ink fountain assembly. He also has designed a range of high speed grinding spindles for internal grinding machines.
At present,he is a Business Analyst and author of market research, industry analysis and forecast reports published by US based leading company on new generation technologies and products.
