Request Expert

Expert has been designing conventional and unusual machines from 1975 onwards. He graduated in mechanical engineering from the prestigious IIT Bombay, and has utilized that theoretical base to design many complex and unique machines. His machines are lightweight, strong, silent, and good-looking. All along, Expert has been making and trying out prototypes of all his designs, and he has refined his art from those feedbacks. He has many world's firsts and India's Firsts to his credit. He first studies any problem very thoroughly before attempting a solution.

He has designed and proven a fully automatic 21st century teeth cutting line for engineers' files, modernizing a machine whose design never progressed beyond eary 20th century technology and design. He had designed world's very first symmetric 3-face hot-rolling machine to roll the points on the blanks for triangular engineers' files. He has designed and proven world's first off-line Mylar balloon folding machine.He has designed and proven world's first parts accumulator for collapsible tubes which has no drive of its own.He has designed and proven world's first machine to manufacture a mosquito-coil of a newly patented design - made from cardboard and paper.
