Ms. Expert is an expert in project management. She interactions with so many members of the team at different levels and with the management, definitely requires much adept & good communication skills. She did not lack in these areas much. She also had to cohere all the testing team needs and requirements, keeping in line with the standards of the company. She also made sure that they were comfortable working within the team and outside. Her working knowledge and business acumen with the client & management was good. All these factors require good management and communication to understand, convince and co-exist in a company.

Her entire career of Testing and Quality Assurance has been of "Total Quality Management"

This means that at every stage, she had to ensure that the application/software under duress was well defined and maintained, in terms of the project scope, durability, scalability and in line with all business logic and analysis projected.

Quality Management is not just setting benchmarks & standards. She ensured that her team well understood the need for quality assurance and how a poor delivery finally affects the image of the company!!

The concepts "information management, information technology" are inter-linked with each other to a large extent. So here is a common paragraph detailing her growth in these fields.

Her level of expertise in these two areas, goes to a better than average understanding of the working of I.T. Complex applications such as three or even four tier have been managed by her and the team.

Excercises such as Distaster Recovery, Backup of all data, Management of system usage like, Visual Source Safe (VSS) for code management and other Testing Tools like Rational & Silk were part of her forte.

Learning also became a very big area where she was able to grasp, new fields and levels that needed great understanding to apply the same logic in applications being built and delivered.

Computers has always been her forte. From the beginning of her career till date, all her working time was spent on computers and learning many softwares without any prior knowledge. Many of her in depth knowledge, goes to her mindset to explore and understand the technicalities of the working of any application.

In every rung of the ladder of her career growth, decision-making was a very important role. Whether it meant a different job at a higher level or decisions to qualify to deliver an application to a client.

This played an important role at every step & phase of the way, till date. It also meant that decisions taken were not always acceptable, though taken in favour of company standards, as in asking a few errant employees to leave the company. So whether taken in a positive or negative way, she made sure that the decision taken were mostly right!!.
