Expert has practiced diagnostic surgical pathology for over 20 years, with special interest and experience in gynecologic and gastro-intestinal pathology. She has participated in several clinical trials with pharmaceutical clients in these areas, and has practical knowledge of what is needed for FDA approval of new diagnostic tests and treatments, especially in the fields of drug and vaccine development for gynecologic disease and for improved diagnostic testing for breast cancer.

She has developed protocols and conducted clinical trials for drug testing in several areas of medicine.



As a practicing pathologist, Expert has a working knowledge of disease processes, natural history, and progression, and assessment of treatment options.

As part of her professional responsibilities, Expert has ongoing experience in assessing the efficacy of certain drug regimens on the histological appearance of pre-malignant and malignant lesions in the female reproductive tract.

Expert is familiar with normal and abnormal histologic appearances of most of the organ systems in the human body.

She is competent to review biopsy material for drug development or for review of original diagnosis and confirmation of diagnosis in contested cases.

As a student of diseases of the female and male reproductive systems, Expert is competent to review histological (biopsy) material from these systems and to assess treatment efficacy from this perspective, as well as to confirm or offer a differing opinion in previously diagnosed biopsy material.
