He has specialized degree in rubber technology and has more than 12 years of compounding experience. He had developed compounds for right from automobile tires to calendared sheeting and latex compounding.

He has vast working experience in high quality rubber sheeting using calendaring process. He is an expert in producing sheet gauges as low as 0.11 mm to as high as 0.70 mm. He is an expert in natural as well as synthetic rubber calendaring process. He has expertise in support calendaring (skim coating) as well. He is an expert in calendared sheeting formulation design and curing.

Expert has more than 3 years’ experience in Latex process. He has helped one of the largest latex tread product manufacturers in Malaysia to re-engineer the process to achieve 20% increase in productivity and 5% reduction in production scarp. He reduced almost 40% effluent generated in the process. He helped to increase the efficiency of hot air curing of latex article by almost 18%.The whole project was completed in two years and later one year helped to set up a state of art R&D laboratory.

He has more than 8 years’ experience in compression molding using both hot water and steam curing. He has the expertise in mould releasing agents, curing agents, and hot air curing.

He has Bachelor Degree in Polymer Engineering and has worked on analytical instruments like UV/Vis spectrometer, laser scattering particle size analyzer, HPLC, atomic absorption spectrometer, differential scanning calorimetry, thermo gravimetric analyzer, moony viscometer, brook field viscometer, stress strain measurement, etc.

He is an expert in rubber mixing, calendaring and hot feed and cold feed extruders. He has worked in rubber processing for more than 12 years and an expert in process problem trouble shooting using scientific tools and methods.

He optimized the rubber compound calendar operation to reduce the process waste by 2%.He reduced 18% in curing temperature for rubber elastic thread by the process reengineering.He increased 25% in productivity by adjusting the latex compound formulations and process parameters.He reduced 30 % effluents by process adjustments with out affecting the product quality in NR Latex product manufacturing firm.He optimized an rubber extrusion formulation to reduce the waste by 3%.
