Customer had reliabilty problems with printer. Using various analytical tools expert was able to implement containment plans to keep customers up and running while root cause analysis was performed on the failures. Results were a 4x improvement in reliability.Customer was having problems developing drive electronics for a specific print head design. He was able to deliver the drive electronics and printer driver as a complete package.Customer was having problems identifying the proper Chinese supplier. He delivered a supplier selection criteria and executed the plan allowing the customer to identify the proper supplier. Futher helped to negotiate the supply contractCustomer was having product quality problems. Designed the program for the company to implement TQC throughout the organization from design through to shipping and service support.
