Four to eight times a month, he attended the Monday and Friday afternoon drop-in sessions of the Manic-Depressive and Depressive Association (MDDA) at McLean Hospital to act as a consultant resource for those who attend. He has been a tutor in the Fall, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Harvard Medical School course at McLean Hospital, Psychopathology and Introduction to Clinical Psychiatry, once a week on Tuesday afternoons.
