Expert is a physician with personal experience with paraplegia, having been injured in a motor vehicle collision at 18 years of age, with an L-2 level injury. He graduated from the University of Washington Hospital Inpatient Rehabilitation Program in October 1967, and subsequently from their P.M.& R. Residency Program in June 1983. He has extensive experience in program development, inpatient and outpatient, to include all phases and facets of adult and adolescent physical and rehabilitation medicine. Some specialty areas include: chronic musculo-skeletal pain management; electrodiagnosis, including ExpertM.G., nerve conduction and evoked potential studies; forensic rehabilitation, including disability extent, causation, treatment, and potential, and life care plan evaluation; interdisciplinary team development; development of local and regional medical staff relations and positive referral patterns, marketing and public speaking.
