Board certified in Psychiatry with Added Qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Expert has extensive experience as a psychiatric administrator, teacher and supervisor, forensic expert, and clinician across the NY Metro area. Expert's areas of clinical expertise include trauma and dissociation, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychopharmacologic and cognitive behavioral treatments. Expert has published and presented in each of these areas and serves on faculty at universities, teaching residents and forensic fellows. Forensically, Expert has 15 years of experience providing opinions in the areas of criminal responsibility and insanity, competency, psychological trauma, professional liability, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination.

Expert's experience includes evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in Federal Court in an employment discrimination matter. Plaintiff alleged that he had been targeted by his employer on the basis of his national origin. Jury held that the plaintiff was not the victim of discrimination. Expert consultation including evaluation of plaintiff, generation of report and testimony for the defense in a sexual harassment matter. Plaintiff alleged sexual harassment by employer due to demands placed on her in workplace. Arbitrator found plaintiff's claims without basis. Evaluation at the request of plaintiff's counsel of an executive alleging discrimination and termination from a foreign firm based on his national origin. Multiple evaluations of plaintiffs who have suffered physical and psychological trauma for both plaintiffs and defendants. Consultations and expert evaluations have been performed for major New York firms including Proskauer Rose, Davis Polk & Wardell, Holland & Knight, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Patton Boggs, and Jackson Lewis.
