Expert has been a general litigator since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1971. His practice has been extremely varied, including medical, accounting and legal malpractice; contract, real estate and employment disputes; criminal prosecution and defense; and domestic relations and probate. He has represented many professionals before licensing boards.

While his practice is centered in Massachusetts, he has also represented clients in California, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, New York, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Expert has appeared in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels as well as before administrative agencies.

Expert has been retained as an expert in multiple legal malpractice matters and is available to testify anywhere in the country as an expert witness on issues relating to legal malpractice involving litigation or legal ethics..

Based on his qualifications, experience and ability, he can communicate effectively and can persuasively explain, in writing or orally, why the defendant attorney either did or did not commit legal malpractice.

Expert can consult with attorneys who are involved in legal malpractice matters, either as an expert witness or as a more general resource.

Has been retained by other attorneys to consult on the prosecution of legal malpractice actions. Most recently, he was asked to consult on a domestic relations case where the lawyer negligently dealt with a personal jurisdictional issue. Has been asked by other law firms to train and advise their lawyers in litigation matters.A prominent domestic relations firm had their client hire Expert with regard to a dispute relating to property they owned in Taiwan.
