With 18 years experience involved in major programmes of change, expert has designed and led human factors programmes of work in many market sectors including defence, rail, transportation, logistics, humanitarian assistance and emergency services. He has conducted international research and published papers on human factors trends. He has acted as expert witness within the UK, and has provided both long term and short term consultancy to a wide range of clients. Expert is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.

Expert provides a broad range of expert Learning and Development services to ensure that training budgets are optimised and that your organisation has the right personnel, with the right knowledge and skills at the right time to deliver business objectives. He has undertaken detailed training needs analysis assignments for clients in the UK, Europe and the US. He has designed training interventions using a wide variety of training methods including classroom instruction, coaching, gaming, role playing, simulation, and computer based training. He has provided training development management support for major simulator developments and conducted many evaluations using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. He has 18 years experience providing consultancy on learning and development to clients and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Training & Occupational Learning.

He provides tailored business change consultancy and management focussed on human performance throughout the change process. Leaning on his extensive human factors and training design experience, his change management expertise has been developed through his involvement on a number of major UK Police Force change programmes where he has been involved in change management activities and laterly running the change team. He is skilled in the development of change plans, stakeholder engagement and communication planning. He is also an expert in the area of Learning & Development (see other Expertise group summary). He is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner (UK government project management methodology).
