Request Expert

Expert has 20 years of experience in ISO 9000 QMS and auditing practices. He started working in a fastener factory from 1969 to 2009 and is currently continuing as a consultant in the same company.
This company was the first Indian company to get ISO 9002 certification, and Expert was its first MR. Expert has passed the Lead Auditors Programme conducted by M/s Batalas of UK in 1993, and since then has given training and lectures on ISO 9000, on various occasions.

Expert has a wide array of knowledge and experience in all automotive high tensile fasteners-related activities, such as Design, Development, Heat treatment, Surface coating, Inspection and Testing. He also has a basic understanding in manufacturing and product requirements of aerospace fasteners and knows the requirements of AMS 2750. He has worked with OEM's in standardization of fasteners to reduce inventory and has much exposure to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, such as 5S, Kaizen, etc. He is considered an expert in 5S activities. Expert has written many articles, three of which, related to fasteners, were published in international magazines. He is Chairman of a Sectional Committee of Bureau of Indian Standards.
