Set up the initial screening of Subject Matter Experts to see if they had the talent to become effective Instructors in the Oil and Gas Industry for John M Campbell & Company, Norman Oklahoma. Then developed and delivered an Instructor Development system. This was carried out both Face-to-face and online, training over 60 instructors. This included assessing them actually delivering courses. Work on this project from 2002 until January 2009 as a contractorUniversity of Ulster Business School. Developed lecturers to be online trainers and helped them set up and deliver their GAP program (management training delivered mainly on line to graduates in Western Ulster) Police Service of Northern Ireland. Trained Police Officers to design and deliver training online.British Inland Revenue Service. Trained Revenue trainers to design and deliver training online.
