As a consultant expert, his concentration is in phosphorus technologies ranging from bulk inorganic chemicals to specialty organophosphorus chemicals and some pharmaceutical intermediates. Expert has thirty years of experience in the development of new and existing processes, with roles in R&D, operations and project management. He has led the process design team for two new phosphate factories in China and for a minor metals recovery factory in the USA. He has undertaken process improvement and waste minimization studies generating several million dollars in savings for a major producer of phosphoric acid also in China. Working in the US, he has provided the technical support and process engineering for a new factory and undertaken several projects to transfer technology and start up new processes in existing assets. He serves as lead technical expert for clients at third party toll manufacturers.
