Expert is a Consultant Psychiatrist for the South Essex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust since the beginning of November 2001. Before that he was a substantive Consultant Psychiatrist at The University Hospital of Lund, Sweden, for about 15 years. He has worked in a number of different post including Medical Director and in development projects (Lithuania, Bosnia). He has been appointed to a parliamentary comittee (Sweden) and he is currently a part of The Bradley Sub-Committe (ministry of Justice, UK).
