Expert J. Expert, is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker and principal owner of a realty company. Since 1986, his company has been recognized as a perennial leader in representing tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial real estate across Colorado’s Front Range.

A Denver resident since 1971, Expert is well versed in the Denver Metropolitan Area and its real estate market. With his extensive knowledge and experience in working with the real estate community and his systematic approach to problem solving, Expert is able to give tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers up-to-the-minute analyses of the Denver real estate market.

Expert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. Expert is an active member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers and a senior instructor for Armbrust Real Estate Institute instructing the Colorado Real Estate Commission mandatory annual update course and advanced commercial contracts course.

Expert was a member of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies educational task force for the Colorado Real Estate Commission from 2013 to 2017 and is frequently called upon as an expert witness in commercial real estate litigation.

Expert is a published author, having numerous articles on commercial real estate published in the Denver Business Journal and Colorado Real Estate Journal.

Relative to the standard of care for real estate brokers in the State of Colorado, as it relates to agency and transaction brokerage and preparation of commission approved forms, Mesa County Case as an expert witness. The case was settled on the first day of trial and was concluded in 2012. The settlement paid to the plaintiff was sealed as confidential. There was no court testimony. After submitting of expert witness report, the case was settled without completing the arbitration, the settlement amount was confidential. The case concluded in 2010.
