Organization Redesign and Leadership Development. Developed top-to-bottom organization redesign, leadership development/succession and training plan for the nation’s second largest public school district, for $275 million in projected annual savings. Instructional Strategy Alignment and Culture Change. A large urban school district was suffering from low student test scores, poor faculty morale, and instructional programs which were not realizing expected results. We assessed their programs, faculty preparedness, program implementation, and culture, and made recommendations that significantly improved student test scores, teacher morale, and preparedness, and enabled programs to exceed desired results, e.g., one school went from 45% to 69% proficient in 5th grade mathematics. New Curriculum Model. A large online teaching university was struggling with developing meaningful practical programs for its Ph.D. students. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Central Asian TAM/BAS desired to grow consulting capacity within Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic, and selected The Change Leader to develop the processes to grow their local consulting associations and develop more certified consultants.
