I am very delighted to write this letter personally to you having nearly 30 years experiences in automotive and aerospace fields, including engineering, industry and government projects accomplished in Russia, Germany, Japan, USA, and France. My engineering projects started in Russia, 1979-1986, and Germany, 1988-1995, and Japan, 1997-1998, have been grown up in the States, 2000-2012, to many frontiers of the Applied Physics and Fluid Mechanics, including:
1. Internal combustion engine processes, for instance, fuel injection and combustion control;
2. Precision instrumentation based on laser and micro-pressure sensor technologies;
3. Special programming codes to resolve high-speed photographic images captured in order to resolve microscopic motions in gaseous flow;
4. Applied oceanographic research on von Karman streets’ supercavitation phenomenon used, for instance, to propel world’s high-speed underwater crafts.

A few of these results were published in voluminous international journals and conference proceedings, 64. I am sole inventor of 12 US/PCT issued patents, and two new US patent applications are pending.

The key of such successful engineering carrier is daily honest team-work with the top-niche engineers and leading scientists, prominent business professionals, as well as talented students, of the world, just to mention a few of them: in Germany (FAU, BMW, Daimler-Benz, in Japan (IC-Engine Center at Gunma University, Unisia Jecs – Nissan), in the States (AES at MSU, APL at Penn State, GM, EPA, MCM, Micro-EDM, Sturman Industries), in France (Ruene University, CORIA/CERTAM). Excellent results were obtained in those world-class academic laboratories and industrial workshops. I was always a highly motivated, well organized, flexible and collaborative team leader and co-worker, expert and professional.

With regard to the corporate strategic business development and international affairs, i.e., advanced technological trends and development, my experience can be proudly reduced to the followings:

In the States I’ve run start-up engineering companies and been involved in several government high-priority engineering projects such as Combustion Dynamic Corporation, Inc., New York, Advanced and Alternative Diesel Injection, Inc., Michigan, Addison Technologies, LLC, Pennsylvania; Molecular Tagging Velocimetry for GM, High-speed Underwater Projectile, ONR, Advanced Combustion Control, EPA.

In other countries – Russia, Germany, Japan, and France – I was involved in similar strategic business development with academia, industry, and government companies and agencies. Knowing languages and cultures, engineering and business needs of the people and finding out the best approach to their hot-topic issues based on solid scientific and engineering experiences, all these allowed me to work on each task honestly, smoothly and productively. Sometimes, diplomacy was involved to get best possible “political and technical” solution.

Internal combustion engine processes, for instance, fuel injection and combustion control, PSA Peugeot-Citroen Powertrain Division, 2004Advanced Fuel Injection and Combustion Control to Asimco Technologies, USA-China, 2006Modeling on hydraulics for fuel injection systems to AMESim-USA, 2004-2005Advanced Fuel Injection and Combustion Control to Michigan State University, ME Department, 2004-2006Advanced Fuel Injection and Combustion Control to University of Houston, ME and ChE Departments, 2008-2009
