His last assignment was with Toyota, where he was involved in establishing a training center for good manufacturing practices. The target trainees in this institution are
15-16 years of age with high school ( 10th Standard) qualification . Apart from starting the activities from scratch, he was involved in developing curriculum to train the
trainees in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost Reduction and Continual Improvement. He has successfully run the center with 3 batches ( 64 students in each batch) of
students passing out of this institution and 100 % gainfully employed in Industry. He just retired from this institute and available for offering consulting services on "
