Expert designed the layout and assisted in the development of new methods and procedures for a new storage warehouse and equipment test and service facility to support a 100+ person in-home installation service staff to reduce inventory, increase materials control, improve productivity, and achieve significantly improved customer service. Expert designed new 250,000 sq. ft. distribution center, re-engineered distribution center operations for two distribution centers, and develop requirements to select software to more efficiently implement and use the SAP-Warehouse Management module.
