Expert worked as a consultant for Ciba Specialty Chemicals - Egypt in 2003, setting plans for "Textile Effects" division for business regain and development and the startup of Ciba "Home and personal Care" division. He joined Ciba Specialty Chemicals officially in 2004 as a result of appreciation of plans and fulfilled both goals.
