Request Expert

As Director of the Educational-Concepts department, the R&D department of the biggest German educational publisher KLETT, Expert was in charge of various managing activities regarding the development of modern media for education and training see www.educational-concepts.eu. This includes particularly team building and efficient organization of the collaboration of a number of European organizations. Technically he was particularly in charge of the financial aspects and their control and of the evaluation of work processes and results of the project activities.

In the area of textbooks for schools Expert was in charge for organizing and developing the following product lines:
- Math-Textbooks for secondary schools (> 100 titles)
- Math. Monographies for University students (ca. 15 titles)
In the position of a chief editor he was responsible for up to 10 employees developing
- Vocational textbooks for technical professions (automotive, woodworkers, hairdresser, etc.)
- Vocational textbooks for Saudi-Arabia in Arabic language
- Vocational textbooks for the Sultanate of Oman in English language
Furthermore he was an expert for improvement of the textbook development plans of the Yemen Government.


Expert was in charge to organize and realize - together with specialists - the introduction of desktop publishing in the Klett publishing company, already in the early 90-ties. This included the development of training materials for the involved employees training and the introduction of related software.
As an educational publisher educational software of various kinds have been developed. Expert was involved in such activities as the head of the educational concepts department of Klett.
