- Planned, coordinated and controlled Top20 Product Development projects/programs in strong collaboration with marketing, external vendors and the technology organizations of T-Mobile in Europe.
- Responsible for project scope and budget (over 3 M€), requirement gathering, gap analysis, end-to-end design, development, testing and deployment of Mobile IM product in Germany, Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
- Managed service implementation projects related to the Mobile Instant Messaging/Super SMS business across Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom.
- Led the mobile messaging design team located in Germany, Austria and Czech Republic in a cross-functional initiative related to a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) opportunity in Europe.
- Maintained a solid understanding of the entire technology landscape, identifying relevant trends, especially in the field of mobile messaging (SMS, Mobile IM, MMS, Email, and Voice Messaging).
