As the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Alsbridge, the leading Global technology BPO outsourcing, and Global Business services advisor, he grew the company from start-up to industry leader, achieving a 5-year CAGR of 38%, culminating in the sale of the company to a private equity firm in December of 2012 and remained as Chairman until 2014.
As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of United Messaging, where he led the sale of the business to a strategic investor.
Before this, he served as Managing Partner and co-founder for EY Global Operate Company (Technology & BPO Outsourcing), leading the start-up, sales, and operations to rapidly scale the business with thousands of employees serving clients in Asia, North America, and Europe.
Before EY, he served in a variety of executive roles at Electronic Data Systems (now DXC), where he led the development of sales and marketing organizations in new business units.
Before the start of his civilian career, Expert served as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer and as a Company Commander on four separate occasions to include one of the first Special Operations Capable Raid Companies.
Expert was was named as the Innovator of the Year by D CEO Magazine and to the Outsourcing leadership hall of fame. Additionally, Expert was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist on multiple occasions and an Inc500 CEO.
