Responsibilities:Logitel was the sole importer/suppliers of digital NEC / Nitsuko branded Voice Communication products in South Africa. Services included, Sales and support of PBX’s and complementary voice equipment in the field i.e. telephone management software, logging systems, voice recording, call center and contact center services. When digital Voice over IP boomed and was considered bleeding edge, then moved into the IT department to focus on integrating digital voice solutions into our PBX range of products, as well as supporting and managing IT facilities and services including infrastructure, architecture and network (internal and clients).
