Expert's primary experience is in the through air dried tissue paper making business. He has experience with all creped through air dry paper making processes, and facilitated the licensing of one of the processes for a paper machine vendor.
Expert has led the design and installation of several sanitary tissue paper machines, and in the process has evaluated several papermaking process options throughout the process.
Expert has led the fast-tracking of a converted tissue product and an innovative food product, both of which were produced at required production quantities, quality and rate within 9 months of the start date.
Expert led the development of a 5-gate project management process, starting with ideation, and ending with verification of the process at rate. This process received the client company's Gold Key Award for the the impact it had on their capital implementation approach.
Expert has facilitated complete business teams, from product development through engineering, manufacturing, sales and distribution in a strategic planning process that develops alignment in approach and results in a plan that all disciplines support.
