In addition to his own expertise, he can bring a team of experts in statistics, machine learning, bioinformatics, and software development from his company to meet your needs.
While heading up a consulting group. He was lead consultant on over 350 fully customized data analysis projects. Most of these projects involved affymetrix microarrays, but they extend across the whole realm genomic research tools. A typical project included experimental design, consultation on desired experimental goals, creation of analysis plan, pricing, execution of the analysis and follow up with the client to insure the projects met their expectations and they fully understood why and what tests were performed. He developed an automated system for those customer that didn't need a fully customized data analysis solution. Over 2500 projects were run through this tool. This tool provided a cost effective means for clients to get the information they needed in a timely manner and at the same time provided significant revenue to his company. He consults with molecular instrument companies to develop the best data processing work flow for their particular new application. Once the best generalized set of methods are determined for the client, his team packages those steps into an automated software solution for the client. He has consulted on analysis of miRNA arrays for several large molecular instrument companies. He has been engaged to develop data analysis software and date presentation tools for several high throughput technologies. These tools are currently in use, under the name of the client company.
