Expert introduced advanced IT concepts into Hikma’s pharmaceuticals operations and managed to establish the five years IT vision and plans to support the deployment of global solutions such as SAP/R3, Sales & Marketing CRM using salesforce.com, Intranet Portals, IP telephony, Document Management System, eCTD and a helpdesk system. He also established the software validation and compliance strategy to meet FDA 21 CFR 11 compliance and regulatory requirements.
Expert has over 17 years of diversified experiences in information technology, software development, design and project management.
