SHEET METAL FABRICATION. Expert (pronounced kye-loe, ) has expertise in light sheet metal engineering. He has extensive experience with sheet metal fabrication, machining bending, shearing, and drilling, and is proficient in troubleshooting forming problems. He is familiar with the performance of several materials in the forming process, and is adept with difficult sheet metal designs. He is also experienced in tooling, stamping, sawing, torch cutting, and welding, and is accomplished with flat springs and sheet metal frames and structures.

METALLURGY. Expert's expertise includes sheet metal metallurgy, and he is experienced with several types of metals, such as ternplate, cold rolled, hot rolled, bar stocks, and aluminum.

PUNCH PRESSES; WELDERS. Expert has worked with all types of punch presses and press brakes. He also has extensive experience with welders, including spot, capacitor discharge, resistance, and inert gas.


Expert performs on-site consulting preferably for 1-2 day periods.
