Expert created a CRM for a medical consulting firm to manage contacts and case notes. This application included reporting. Expert created an Access database for a medical consulting firm that stored information regarding class action law suits. This application provided queries as to create lists using specific criteria and produced in a report format. Expert created an order processing application for a retailer. The application stored customer information, and created work orders and billing statements. Expert has provided technical training on a consultant basis for national training centers.
