Approximately half of Expert's corporate career was devoted to work in all phases of human resources and personnel management. His hands-on and management experience encompass all aspects of this discipline, with concentrations in compensation and organization planning and development.

Much of his career has involved directing all elements of product development and product engineering, from product planning/management to all functions within the product engineering discipline including part classification systems. His specialty in this area focuses on effective product engineering systems and processes.

Expert has developed numerous incentive compensation plans and programs specifically designed to accomplish defined organization goals. These plans range from programs for small sales departments to company-wide large scale umbrella programs. Expert has assisted clients in developing effective ways of in-taking customer orders, using the customers' part number, while maintaining the supplier's part number and process control systems.
