Expert has eighteen years experience in the residential and commercial HVAC industry initially with York International and later Johnson Controls. He began as a sales engineer and advanced through a series of positions including sales manager, branch manager, head of commercial HVAC marketing, and strategic planning. He returned to York five years ago as General Manager of York International Ltd and utimately VP of the Northern Region after acqusition by JCI. He understands the products, markets, sales channels and key competitors within the HVAC industry and has helped multiple clients with a variety of consulting needs.

Prior to returning to York, Expert spent 8 years in the water industry with US Filter which was ultimately acquired by Siemens. He gained valuable product and service market knowledge in multiple aspects of the water industry, most significantly deionization using multiple technologies in a variety of ultrapure and indsutrial markets. He led the introduction of several new product and service lines, and as the senior sales and marketing executive he gained significant experience in merging over 100 acquisitions into the broadest product and service offer in the industry.
