Improved our score from a marginal 700 to 930 out of 1000 in 1 year. The score represented $3 million in revenues and was key to this operation. Implemented Lean and 5s tactics. Was asked to transfer to the Corporate Office & Main plant in Crawfordsville IN in October 2017 to get this 160 employee operation on a higher profitability trajectory. |
