Introduced new instrumentation and methods such as "Fast GC" and High Pressure LC to these laboratories. He has cut analysis time by two-thirds on finished products in response to need for increased production rates and achieved better test reproducibility by developing new test methods. He has led a site SAP implementation team through highly successful transition from PRISM. He also was responsible for a cGLP lab . He developed the program for third party bacteriological and trace metals testing in a bulk Pharmaceuticals production site. He helped to develop a LIMS system and developed a new optical lab instrument, with third party for plastics contamination testing.

After leaving Diamond Shamrock/Henkel he consulted with them to further develop the LIMS he created and setup for their Specialty Chemical Div.
