ID: 731155
United Kingdom
Projects have ranged from building, civil engineering, energy, marine and oil and gas.
Most disputes involve submitting or defending a claim for additional time and/or financial compensation due to change orders / variations or breaches of contract terms.
Analysis techniques include critical path methodologies and determining culpability when delay events impact concurrently.
Expert has used a variety of software over the years from Open Plan and Artemis to MS Project, Asta TeamPlan and Primavera. Expert finds that most disputes of any scale tend to use Primavera P6.
P6 (and other software) will allow schedules to be produced and analysed using the Critical Path Method as well as modelling costs and resources if included.
