Expert has over 15 years of post graduate experience as a Physiotherapist and has trained to a Consultant Physiotherapist level for the discipline of Hydrotherapy (Aquatic Therapy) through the internationally recognised Bath Hydrotherapy course and specialist further training at the prestigious Bad Ragaz Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation centre in Switzerland. Her post graduate Diploma in Clinical Biomechanics enables accurate Biomechanical assessment for a number of Spinal and Peripheral musculoskeletal conditions and ensures that rehabilitation is focused and effective for the patient rather than the condition.
A hands on approach to Physiotherapy with supported exercise regimes from the start of the treatment process empowers the patient to manage their condition and return to Sport, Occupation and improved physical health.
