Expert has extensive experience in cosmetic oculoplastic surgery and the treatment of complications of cosmetic surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Miami, FL in 1976. He then completed his internship in Ob-Gyn at Jackson Memorial Hospital and residency in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Georgia. He completed additional advanced training fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has been practicing for at least 33 years.

Besides Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery, Expert can also perform brow lifts surgeries, midface lifts surgeries, and repositioning the eyelid/midface. He can correct complications following cosmetic surgery using very unique and advance technology. He owns a private practice devoted to performing complicated reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery and providing treatment of complications caused by cosmetic surgery. He is also a well known lecturer and instructor, training physicians interested in ocular plastic surgery.

He is also knowledgeable about the exportation of healthcare and related technology products. He is an innovator in new technologies and techniques in the field of plastic surgery. He has two patents in surgical design. He founded two medical technology companies to assist in plastic surgery and is a founding board member of a medical data technology company.

He has published many scientific papers and is a well respected expert on the management of complications of cosmetic eyelid surgery.
