Expert has consulted with numerous non-profit organizations in the areas of organizational structure, team development, quality improvement and employee evaluation systems. His most recent experience included an on-site consultation with a large faith-based social service agency in southern California. The organization had recently changed CEOs and needed feedback about its organizational structure as well as management level positions. Expert was involved with an extensive agency-wide management team building process for an adoption agency that is one of the market leaders in the northeastern United States. The organization had undergone significant growth and needed to develop new ways of involving employees in decision-making processes. A new team culture was developed with Expert's assistance. Team charters and new meeting processes were developed and implemented throughout the agency.

Using his knowledge of Web site development and maintenance, Expert maintained a Quality Improvement website to recognize staff and improve communication regarding quality issues and risk management. Expert became knowledgeable about state-of-the-art business trends, management process techniques, and measurement tools through continuing education. He participated in affiliate organization and agency-wide staff meetings, work groups, training and development. He assisted in the development of quality assurance practices, such as record reviews, for affiliate organizations.
