Expert studied physics at MIT and has 8 years' expertise in navigation, guidance and control. He is experienced in JPL Radiation and worked on the Voyager spacecraft -- which, despite "doomsday" conditions, is still working 30 years later.

He has worked on hundreds of oil well surveying and navigation projects in U.S., South America, North SEA, and the Gulf of Mexico. He has extensive teaching experience at graduate and undergraduate levels for science and engineering.

Expert was one of 3 experts selected by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory to analyze and radiation harden The Voyager Spacecrafts #1 and #2. The modules were exposed to a radiation environment many times a "doomsday level" here on earth and are still operational today 30 years later.

Expert subsequently served Ansoft corporation as Applications Engineer in Electromagnetic Radiation. He analyzed many systems, ranging from commonplace keyless entry system to the superconducting supercollider.

Expert managed the joint program between Wield-Heerbrug and Magnavox to develop the world's first portable millimeter surveying system using differential GPS, delivering the first system on time and on budget in 1986.

Today he consults the oilfield industry on a variety of directional drilling issues. He has developed his own passive magnetic ranging software to repair blowouts such as the deep-water Horizon tragedy.

Expert provided key direction in the development of new directional drilling oilfield tools at Baker Hughes.
