Expert is a research scientist who consults on recognizing patterns of complexly organized natural systems and transformations. Her expertise is applied in research fields and their environments, for educational, response design, business, economics, governance, social, and world issues.

She teaches and consults in this field as a core competency for professional work. This field is perhaps best applied in small informal groups or professional teams addressing complex or hard-to-define problems, e.g., unexpected culture or environmental change or approaching challenges. Expert helps clients recognize rules, systems and patterns in order for clients to work more productively.

Her primary service is as a design consultant, primarily for leading or consulting on the use of organized “innovation projects”, adapting her general model and strategy to the needs of a client.
