This activity (with the company chairman, the CFO and the COO) consisted of technical liaison, with direct responsibility to evaluate and report on plant and equipment, casting methodology, production and assembly methods, equipment capacity, status and maintenance, and customer-service capability and capacity. Opportunities across the USA as well as worldwide (Pacific Rim, Taiwan, mainland China, and Mexico) were investigated.
Array
Expert has worked continuously with The Boeing Company on the JDAM missile program to assure process improvement and a consistent quality level. He helped develop, prototype, and complete the manufacture of a next generation missile program (cast and machined parts) with Boeing St. Louis engineering. Expert resolved an in-plant production training problem with the development and use of dual screen digitally-recorded realtime X-ray to assure accuracy of on-floor inspection. He solved the problem of missing operations in a production line with the development of 100% check fixturing that allowed inspection without slowing down the line. Expert worked on alloy selection/change to aid a supplier with a corrosion and properties problem on sand casting.
