He has advised clients to excel in business based on new paradigms in business leadership such as Lean Thinking, System Thinking and applying excellence models like EFQM Excellence Model. He lead and consulted Lean Management Implementation Projects at customer site, conducted training courses concerning business excellence, quality management and lean management such as Introduction to Business Excellence, Self Assessment and Assessor Training, Introduction to ISO9000, Lean Management System and Corporate Diagnosis, Lean Training Requirements, Benchmarking (based on APQC methodology), System thinking, Learning Organization and Value Stream Mapping. Expert advised clients to develop a general contracting structure for the company. He also advised client to develop a Project Management Manual based on PMI's PMBOK guidelines. Expert assisted management to develop a business plan he also assisted Product Design and Engineering staff to develop new product platforms and applications (shock absorbers). Expert advised Product Design and Engineering staff to implement concurrent engineering based on APQP, Configuration Management, QFD, FMEA, etc. He presented awareness seminars and training courses for managerial and production staff to explain Lean Thinking and Production concepts such as JIT, One-Piece Flow, SMED, TPM, etc.. He participated in development committee to revise national standard of shock-absorber based on JASO standard. Expert participated in national standard committee to develop ISIRI (Iran Standard and Industrial Research Institute) version of ISO/TS 16949:2002. He directed activities to develop new product platforms and improving existing ones, directing new product development activities (developing more than 60 applications based on existing platforms) and conducted R&D managerial activities. He also assembled Mobile Stone Crushing plants under license of Parker Plants Ltd. (UK); where he observed fabrication and inspected components of steel structures of Marand Kaolin factory platforms at supplier site. He was responsible for programming, setting up and maintaining CNC machines, controlled production and tooling, and supervising machine operators.
