In addition, he performs on and off-hire surveys, fit-for-purpose surveys, safety surveys, and vessel and facility security audits in accordance with the MTSA- 2002 and ISPS Code. Expert is a contract instructor at the largest maritime training school in the United States. He still sails on his license, holding a United States Coast Guard Unlimited Masters License and a United Kingdom Certificate of Equivalent Competency.
