He investigated several cases of ship collision with a dock, assessing cause and origin, scope of damage and cost of repair or replacement. Prepared an Expert Report for each case and gave a deposition. Example: A ship that was enroute in the Savannah River collided with the Elba Island marine LNG terminal and caused significant damage to the terminal structures and topside facilities. He was the Expert for the top side facilities. |
