VTS Imperial Plastic Sheet Corporation a British Vita PLC Company:
Hired on to write an in depth study of a specific product market that was entirely dependent on one particular industry. VTS was debating whether to make capital investment to stay in line with their competition. The study and comprehensive report showed that investment was needed to stay in line with the competition and that substantial investment would be needed to achieve this. Based on this study they elected not to make the investment.R&M International:
Employed to do a business assessment; worked on site for 1 week interviewing key role personnel and management, and perform comprehensive look at P&L and other financials that were integral in the evaluation process. The overall assessment showed R&M that they had some missed opportunities to move more dollars to the bottom line. A complete report along with action and implementation plan was provided to chart them a course for capture of these dollars. From reports received they have been successful in improving both bottom line and cash management.Crawford Industries:
Engaged directly after the purchase of VTS Imperial Plastic Sheet Corporation; a specific task to look at capital investment on one major production line, and also to look at application placement with the existing equipment was ordered. Both reports allowed Crawford Industries to make good decisions on future capital investments and today they are running a successful profit center.Multec Industrial Packaging:
