He has been involved as an executive in business of all sizes ($2,000,000 to $100,000,000). He appears regularly on a business radio show (540 WFLA) which helps people buy, sell and run their businesses. He has been a primary person on business mergers and acquisitions of up to $150,000,000 in value. His strategic and unique combination of a law degree, MBA and Master in Computer Information Systems gives him insight many others do not have. Business development is a passion of his. He is involved with several businesses at any given time. He has just completed several business development projects including taking a medical company public (IPO), raising funds of over $1,000,000 for investment into a new company and establishing a governmental relationship and grant program for a new non-profit company (which he sets up for the customer). He is also a regular guest on a radio show (540 AM WFLA) which is devoted to helping people buy, sell and run their businesses.

He has taught courses in business ethics at the college level for many years and have also conducted seminars on this topic. He has substantial experience developing and improving processes for businesses that allow them to achieve new revenue, cost savings and even new products/sales techniques. In the past he has developed and improved processes in the legal, business and technical areas of major corporations.

Business strategy is another passion of his. With the right strategy a business can dramatically change the overall revenue and culture of the organization. He uses his diverse background and education to develop business strategies that exploit areas others fail to utilize. In virtually every case this results in increased revenues and often new products and services.

As a businessman and a computer professional he is always preparing for the worst case scenario. He currently serves as the CIO of a $100,000,000 corporation and recently developed the Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plan for this company (this is the third such plan he has written for companies). This plan was put in place when a tornado directly hit his main data center and caused significant damage to his IT infrastructure (he had ZERO downtime). He has been also been involved in many geographical redundancy projects as well as the acquisition of E&O/business continuity insurance.

The best way to prepare for a disaster is to avoid it. Disaster avoidance involves more then just technical resources. It includes key-man insurance, remote workforce planning, technical backup and redundancy and many other factors. He has been involved in these areas for many years and have taught such concepts on the college level. Most recently, he has put these practices to use as the Chief Legal and Security Officer of a $100,000,000 company.

When disaster strikes it is critical that you business is ready. Your clients and your employees will be depending on you. As an executive at several companies he has helped prepare for disasters BEFORE they happen saving money, time and revenue when they do. Whether preparing through insurance (business continuity, etc.), geographical redundancy of technical and human resources or facilities management his plans have been effective every time they have been applied. In his career he has had buildings hit by tornadoes, 4 hurricanes in 4 weeks (welcome to Florida!) and more. NEVER has one of his plans failed.

How quickly can your company recover if disaster strikes? Proper planing can make this question irrelevant. Business continuity plans including remote workforce capabilities, geographical redundancy, local and off site data backups and data warehousing and other measures can make recovery quick and simple should disaster strike. He is an expert in all of these areas and has had to put these items into place for multiple companies. Tornadoes, hurricanes and more have stuck hsi companies but he has never left any of them unprepared to deal with these events. In EVERY case they have been prepared and able to recover in minimal time thanks to careful planning.
